What is fumigation and IPPC certificate?

Compliance with ISPM 15 standard

Fumigation is a phytosanitary process required in international trade. We offer full heat treatment (HT) – wood is subjected to a temperature of 56°C for a minimum of 30 minutes (measured from the core). This process effectively eliminates pests without affecting the material's strength.

Each element receives a permanently branded IPPC mark with the country code (PL), unique number of our plant and HT method designation.

Service for pallets and lumber

In addition to ready-made pallets, we also fumigate entrusted material: lumber, boards, timber and ready-made crates and packaging. We have appropriate facilities (drying chambers) to handle both standard orders and unusual dimensions.

New and custom pallets

We produce certified pallets in EUR standards (1200×800 mm) and English (1200×1000 mm). We also fulfill special orders – from small platforms (400×600 mm) to large-size machine bases (up to 6000 mm length).

Fumigated lumber and boards

We offer sale of certified structural timber and fumigation service for entrusted material. Available timber cross-sections from 40×60 mm to 200×200 mm and boards from 22×72 mm.

Can you fumigate used pallets?

Yes, we provide such service. The necessary condition is good technical condition of pallets and complete absence of bark.

How fast do you process orders?

We operate express. Depending on volume, the full procedure with transport and certificate usually takes 2-5 business days.

Does treatment weaken the wood?

No. The HT (Heat Treatment) process is safe for the wood structure. We do not use any chemicals, we operate only with high temperature, which preserves full load capacity of the pallet.

What about large service orders?

For large service volumes (fumigation of entrusted material), we offer free debarking of wood included in the service price.

Where is the company located?

The plant is located in Radomyśl Wielki near Mielec (Podkarpackie Voivodeship), but we serve customers from all over Poland, ensuring efficient transport.
